Now, it’s important to know that our supplements are not like any other. We are proud of our Micelle Liposomal delivery which allows you to get the absolute most out of our products. We thought it would be helpful to break down our recommended dosages and how-to’s of each of our products, so you feel confident once your delivery arrives!
Let’s start with the pump bottles…
Our Micelle Liposomal Turmeric, Vitamin D3 with K2, Vitamin B12, and Nano Glutathione are presented in 2oz bottles with a pump top. In some of our older posts or videos, you may see a dropper top on our bottles. While this was handy for a time, we found it was more convenient and less messy to switch over to our pump top bottles. These bottles have a very convenient locking top to prevent leaking during travel. If you turn the spout to the right, you can lock the pump top in place. Turning it to the left will allow you to dispense.
For these 3 products, we recommend a daily dosage of 2mL or 8 pumps. You can take this right from the bottle or you can pump the dosage out onto a spoon.
If you’re looking for the best before-date, don’t worry – you’ll find it right on the shoulder of these bottles.
Now for the 8oz bottles…
Our Micelle Liposomal Curcumin Gold, Mushroom Mindboost, Active B Complex, Zinc, and Vitamin C are packaged in 8oz high-quality, BPA-free plastic bottles. This bottle has a nice, easy pour-top which can be easily accessed by popping the top.
For these 4 products, we recommend a daily dosage of 1 tbsp each which can be taken up to 3 times a day for an added boost!
You will also find the best-before date stamped on the shoulder of these bottles.
Don’t forget about our probiotic and magnesium packets!
And last but certainly not least, we have our Micelle Liposomal Probiotic L Rhamnosus and our Micelle Liposomal Magnesium.
These particular items come in easy-to-take pouches. One pouch equals one serving. Simply add it to any liquid, such as water, or dispense the pouch into your mouth or onto a spoon. It’s as easy as that!
The serving size for these is just a single pouch per day.
And the best-before date for these can be found both on the bottom of the box plus along the seam of each packet.
How to use your supplements…
While all of these products can be taken on their own, they are equally as enjoyable when mixed into things like your glass of water, yogurt, smoothies, salad dressing, etc. While we don’t recommend cooking or boiling temperatures, a warm beverage is perfectly safe for your dosage.
Tips for using your Purality Health products…
Based on commonly asked questions, here are some pointers for using your newly purchased product:
✅ Shake your bottles before use! Because we use natural ingredients, the product can separate when it sits, especially the Mushroom Mindboost and Curcumin Gold which contain heavier compounds than the rest. This separation is normal, but you want to ensure you’re getting an even dose every time, so don’t forget to shake!
✅ Similarly, squish the packets around a bit before opening them up in order to mix the ingredients.
✅ If adding your supplement to a hot drink, let the drink cool a bit first. If it burns your lips, don’t add the product just yet. Adding the product to high heat like this can lower the efficacy of the micelle liposomal formula.
✅ All products can be taken on either an empty or full stomach because of our delivery system. However, a general recommendation may be given on packaging for specific products.
✅ All products can be taken together.
✅ You can take your products at any time of day that is convenient for you. That being said, if you’re using any products for sleep, we do recommend taking it in the evening at the start of your bedtime routine. And your B vitamins are best taken earlier in the day to help naturally boost energy levels.
✅ Some may find certain products, like magnesium, may be touchy on their stomach. If this is the case for you, simply take this supplement with or after food.
✅ For 8oz bottles — The recommended dose is one tablespoon.
✅ For 2oz pump bottles — Using the pump top, you can simply pump the product into your mouth, onto a spoon, or straight into a drink. The exact measure is 2ml per day (which is just under half a teaspoon or 8 pumps).
✅ For the packets — Packets can be taken as a full dose. You can also take half and fold the top of the packet over to take the rest later.
Discarding your empty bottles…
Our bottles are 100% recyclable! Don’t forget to dispose of our plastic and glass bottles responsibly when you’re finished, or…
Our bottles are also great for reuse! Wash out your bottle with soap and water before refilling it with hand sanitizer, lotion, or hand soap.
Storing your supplements:
When storing your supplements, we recommend a cool, dry place such as your cupboard. Although it is not necessary to refrigerate your items, you are welcome to as it can extend their shelf-life. We have found that those using their products at their leisure, as opposed to daily, can benefit from refrigeration.
Once opened, our products do not need to be refrigerated if kept at room temperature unless the open bottle will not be used up within 60 days (this is why we advise refrigerating after opening, just in case). If trying to stretch it out to 60 days, please refrigerate the open bottle. Some opt to refrigerate anyway, but please note, it does make a few of our products a bit thicker. Some prefer this, others do not.
Since our packets have each dose sealed, this is not a concern for these products.
As we don’t use any preservatives or artificial ingredients, our unopened products may expire one year after manufacture depending on storage temperature. This can be extended by six months if refrigerating an unopened product. Once they have been opened, expiry becomes 60 days.
